KERMIT Project Meeting in Ioannina: Aligning Goals and Strengthening Team Bonds

From June 3-5, 2024, the KERMIT project team convened at the University of Ioannina in Greece for a pivotal two-day meeting. The gathering provided an opportunity to consolidate project efforts, align goals, and discuss the objectives, deliverables, and milestones for the coming year. Key topics included project management updates, sensor development, microchip integration, and clinical testing preparations. The team also began preparations for the first project review and reviewed the required documentation for EIC reporting.

Beyond the structured sessions, the team enjoyed some quality time together, including a delightful Greek dinner hosted by Eva and an evening exploring the charming city center of Ioannina. This mix of productive discussions and team bonding has fortified our collaboration as we advance the KERMIT project.
