The EU EIC Programme, Horizon 2022, funds the KERMIT Project for the next 3 years with more than 3 million euros. The new innovation project, which started on 1st July 2023, aims to revolutionize pesronalized medicine through the development of a simplified sweat-based patch for continuous monitoring of the specific biomarkers for kidney disease.
